Roadmap
Building a National Network
Our chapter expansion moves region by region, so every new chapter launches with strong peer support and a clear playbook.
Phase 1 · Now
Founding Chapters
Launch flagship chapters in the Southeastern US under Regional Director Ray Roh. Codify the IES chapter charter, seminar curriculum, and leadership handbook.
Phase 2 · 2026
Northeast & Mid-Atlantic
Recruit founding student leaders in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. Host the first IES US regional convening.
Phase 3 · 2027
Midwest & West Coast
Expand into Illinois, Michigan, Texas, California, and Washington. Publish the first IES United States Ethics Review, a student-authored journal.
Phase 4 · 2028
National Symposium
Host the inaugural IES US National Ethics Symposium — bringing together chapter delegates from every region for competition, dialogue, and civic engagement.
